ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP

We meet each Friday night at 7:30 PM to celebrate Messiah in Shabbat (Sabbath). There is singing, "praising our Lord through dance", and a discussion of the Bible through Jewish eyes, closing with prayer requests and prayer.

Afterwards we have a time of fellowship and sharing in the goodies the ladies of the congregation have prepared and brought for the night’s enjoyment: an Oneg Shabbat.

Part of our Fellowship includes Hebraic Dance....

CHURCH AUTHORITY

Numbers 11:16 So the LORD said to Moses: "Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; bring them to the tabernacle of meeting, that they may stand there with you.

Titus 1:5 The reason I left you in Crete was so that you might attend to the matters still not in order and appoint congregation leaders in each city—those were my instructions.

Shabbat Shalom Fellowship operates under a multiple elder form of leadership.

TEACHING

At Shabbat Shalom we emphasize teaching scripture through Jewish eyes plus the all-important concept of the Messiah and God’s plan for mankind.

Our goal is for you to have gained a better understanding of the Jewish roots of your faith.

MISSIONS

Shabbat Shalom is actively engaged in a number of mission fields. We support prayerfully and financially other Jewish ministries in key areas where they already may have an effective outreach. We are engaged in work in the following countries:     ISRAEL    RUSSIA    UNITED STATES
